Who we are

We’re named after two little ladies.

Ne-Lo’s story began with a chance meeting in a gym between two people from different worlds—Kieran Antill, one of the world’s top creatives, and Ross Hastings, a specialist in psychology and leadership. Despite their backgrounds, they shared a belief that business as usual lacked the humanity and playfulness needed for true innovation. In 2018, Kieran, frustrated by agency models that complicated strategy and stifled creativity, and Ross, tired of leadership that blocked innovation, knew it was time for change. Both expecting their first daughters—Neve and Lottie—they launched Ne-Lo, naming it after their children to symbolise the future they wanted to build.

Today, that vision drives everything we do. We focus on what truly matters in business, always mindful that today’s actions shape tomorrow. Kieran and Ross have since welcomed more children, but so far, they’ve resisted the urge to start more businesses… for now.
